Returns policy

If a product does not meet with your expectations you can return it1 within 30 days of purchase, unused, in its original packaging, and with a relevant receipt. We will issue a refund or replacement as requested. This undertaking is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.


Our standard 30-day time limit for returns will be flexible while national/local lockdown restrictions are in place, as long as the purchase is unused, in its original packaging, and saleable as new.

Please include your order number, name, postal address and contact telephone number with your request. Please also state whether you would like a refund or replacement item.


Please ensure you that you retain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service for high value items.


Please note that there will be a slight delay in processing the refund due to Coronavirus safety measures. To reduce the risk to our small team, we will leave the parcel untouched for 5 days from the post mark before checking the contents to ensure that any virus contained on the items within is no longer viable.


You can return an item bought online to one of our shops but the invoice or packing slip must be presented with the item. We can only perform a refund to the card used to place the order.



1. Please note that your right to return products does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specification or that have been clearly personalised.
  • Goods which by reason of their nature are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery.
