John Leach cream jug 20cl
£29.00
Established in 1965 by John Leach, the eldest grandson of the world-famous potter Bernard Leach, in the restored 15th century village pottery in Muchelney, Somerset.
Since Leach’s death in 2021 potter Mark Melbourne, who trained and worked with Leach for over 25 years, continues to hand-throw Leach’s tactile, robust shapes with their distinct ‘toasted’ texture and colour.
Because these are individual pieces, shapes and glazes may vary. Supplies may fluctuate. A fuller selection will be found at the David Mellor shops.
