Copper is the traditional material for cooking, used in the great kitchens of the past and still a valid choice for modern cooks. We have selected the M’150c range of pans from Mauviel, one of the longest established French manufacturers. These are inevitably expensive but will give a lifetime’s pleasure.
Mauviel pans are made of 1.5mm gauge copper with curving die cast stainless steel handles. The pans are lined with 18/10 stainless steel. The frying pan, with gently curving sides, is designed to produce the perfect omelette.
Suitable for all types of cooker, except induction. Lids are supplied separately.
