This very practical and handsome cooking pot from the French manufacturer Emile Henry is made of a revolutionary new ceramic that can be used directly on the flame as well as in the oven. This really is a breakthrough since these casseroles are equally hardwearing and only half the weight of cast iron casseroles.

For simmering Moroccan-style stews on stove top or open fire.Thanks to the conical shape of the lid which allows the condensation to circulate and avoids the ingredients drying out during cooking, our tagine offers gentle simmering for your meat, fish and vegetables.

Ideal for 8-10 servings. It can be used in the oven or microwave and on any direct heat source (with an induction disk for induction hobs). The tagine is dishwasher safe and will not lose its colour over time. Made in France.
