Delivery

Standard Delivery (UK only)
We try to hold all advertised items in stock and deliver within 7 working days. On occasions this may not be possible. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know when we will be able to send your order. Delivery is normally Monday to Friday only. Standard Delivery costs £5.95 per order (UK only).

Urgent orders can be despatched on a next day service. Phone or fax before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, and add £6.00 to the standard £5.95 delivery charge.

Saturday delivery can also be arranged at an additional cost. Please telephone for details.

Alternative Delivery Instructions
Orders are normally sent to the home address of the person placing the order. If you wish to take delivery at work or have the order delivered to a neighbour or relative who will take delivery on your behalf, please complete the 'Delivery Address' panel on the order form, or let us know at the time of ordering by phone.

The panel may be also used to send your gifts direct to friends and relatives.

Overseas orders
To send goods outside the UK, call +44 1433 650220 for details of the cost and expected delivery time.

Gift Wrapping
We offer a gift wrapping service for £5.00 per item. For details of our gift wrapping service, please click here.

Pricing
All items are offered subject to availability and all dimensions are approximate. Prices shown are in pounds sterling, and exclude the cost of delivery. VAT is included at 17.5%. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in the rate of VAT or supplier price increases.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on "checkout". You will now have the chance to alter your order and be asked for the details we need to be able to process it.

Ordering by Phone : 7-day Service
Ring 01433 650220 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday/Sunday 11.00am-5.00pm. Please have ready your catalogue and Visa, Mastercard or Switch card.

At other times please telephone and leave your name and daytime telephone number on our answering machine. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Ordering by Fax
Complete the order form and send it by fax to 01433 650944.

Ordering by Post Complete the order form and send it to David Mellor, The Round Building, Hathersage, Sheffield S32 1BA. Please include a daytime telephone number in case of query.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard and Switch. Your account will not be debited until we are ready to despatch your order.

Payment can also be accepted by cheque. Please allow time for your cheque to clear before despatch.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. Call +44 1433 650220 or email us at sales@davidmellordesign.co.uk to discuss ordering from overseas.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

David Mellor Quality

If any product does not meet with your expectations return it within 14 days of purchase, unused, in its original packaging, and with a relevant receipt. We will issue a refund or replacement as requested. This undertaking is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Please retain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Data Protection Act
David Mellor Design Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Occasionally we would like to contact you to let you know about other of our products and services which may be of interest to you.
