Superb sharp carving knife, 2-pronged fork and medium ground sharpening steel, elliptical shape with guard from our stainless steel range designed by David Mellor and manufactured at our purpose built modern factory the Round Building.
Blades are fully forged from a high grade carbon steel, giving the ideal cutting edge. A double-hardening process was evolved to ensure that the blades are corrosion resistant. The degree of hand craftsmanship in the finishing their special quality.
Presented in a specially designed Birchwood box with a sliding lid, this is a perfect gift set with the handmade box providing permanent safe storage for your knives.
