Superb sharp carving knife, 2-pronged fork and medium ground sharpening steel, elliptical shape with guard from Corin Mellor's first range of stainless steel kitchen knives for David Mellor Design.
The high carbon stainless steel blades of these distinctive new knives are hot drop forged and then ice hardened to minus 80°c making them razor sharp and beautiful to use.
Presented in a specially designed Birchwood box with a sliding lid, this is a perfect gift set with the handmade box providing permanent safe storage for your knives.
