Cuprinox French Professional Copper
Copper is the traditional material of great cooking. We have selected the 'Cuprinox' range of specialist copper. These beautiful pans are made by Mauviel, one of the longest established French manufacturers. They are really substantial, made of 2.5.mm gauge copper, with curving cast iron handles. The pans are lined with 18/10 stainless steel. The frypan, with curving sides, will produce a perfect omelette. Classic French sauté pans and sauteuses, with sloping sides, are idea for sealing and frying smaller pieces of poultry and meat. Mauviel also supply our unlined copper egg beating bowl, as used by the best professional chefs.
Suitable for all types of cooker, except induction. Lids are supplied separately.
